Here you will find details of current and forthcoming courses, workshops, events and action in the community.
We firmly believe in the importance of creating conditions within communities that generate a culture of ‘let’s make it happen’. As an organisation, we therefore have a responsibility to inspire a shift away from wishful thinking and expectancy, to proactive engagement.
We aim to cultivate positive open dialogue about addiction, recovery, trauma and mental health within various sectors of society to ensure that these adversities are understood and never overlooked.
We would love for you to join our journey, and we would love to be part of yours. So if you feel that Atebion can assist your organisation, business or community group with our EPOC programme or one our recovery workshops, then please feel free to get in touch.
Join us for an immersive evening of awareness, reflection and connection, centred around a guided sound bath experience.
This evening offers a space to pause from the chaos of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the present moment.
Through sound, stillness and guided reflection, participants are invited into an experience that supports regulation, awareness and a sense of grounded calm.
The sound bath will use resonant instruments and carefully held space to create an immersive sensory environment. Sound can support the nervous system to settle, helping the mind and body shift out of constant alert and into a state that allows reflection, insight and restoration from adversity.
Alongside the sound bath, the evening will include moments of shared reflection and celebration, whilst recognising the importance of connection, growth, and the courage it takes to pause and care for our wellbeing.
This event forms part of Atebion’s wider programme of healing and recovery activities, rooted in lived experience, compassion, and belief in human potential.
Whether you are curious about sound-based practices, seeking space to reflect or simply wanting to experience something grounding and restorative, this evening offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and leave feeling more settled, present and connected.
Tickets are available via Eventbrite or, to save the booking fee, you can book directly by contacting us or calling us on 01492 200132.
We look forward to seeing you.

We would like to extend a massive thank you to the Lakeland 50&100 community for their kind donation which has enabled us get this website developed.
Marc Laithwaite and his incredible team of staff and volunteers have supported our founder Rich Price through his journey of recovery, embracing him as one of their own and as an active participant in their events.

As part of our stories initiative, we would love to hear from you if you have a story of overcoming adversity that will inspire others to do likewise. Stories are incredibly powerful, giving light to people in the darkest of places. They are a wonderful source of inspiration and association that connect people to those who have lived through, and overcome, adversity.
